I'm a writer, editor, and content marketing expert based in Leeds, UK. With over 13 years of professional experience in print and online, I have covered a wide spectrum of topics, but I am most passionate about all things female-focused, including health, wellness, work, travel, motherhood and education.

My writing career began after discovering my love for journalism at Liverpool John Moore's University's student newspaper. After graduating and completing my NCTJ training, I moved to Dubai where I joined the #1 website for women in the Middle East, ExpatWoman. Over the course of six years, I have contributed to and managed both commercial and editorial content and worked closely with brands to create SEO-friendly, value-filled content. These days, I'm Commercial Content Editor for the UK's best known parenting website, Mumsnet, working closely with brands to produce industry-leading content that helps make parents' lives easier.

Clients I've worked with include John Lewis, Walt Disney World Resort, LEGO, Ann Summers, and Boden in the UK amongst others. In the UAE, I worked with brands like The Nail Spa, Elite Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery Group, Kaya Skin Clinic, Unique Natural Birthing, Fakih IVF, and Mediclinic.

When I'm not at my desk, you'll usually find me navigating motherhood, buried in a book, or enjoying a walk with my dog.
